FanArt Creation Guidelines
Please credit the original work and creator when promoting fan creations.
►Allowed:
1. R18 (adult) content is allowed.
2. Creating AUs (alternate universes) or OCs (original characters) is allowed,
but you must clearly label the original work and not claim the content as “official” or “original.”
(⚠️ Approved adaptations and commercial uses do not include the "The Rule of Zoo" featured in "The Zoo: Illusions of Faith". Please refer to the IP Author List for details.)
►Not Allowed:
1. Content that seriously damages the character or brand image,
or links them to real-world politics, religion, controversial topics, or social movements, is strictly prohibited.
2. Do not use any official logos, trademarks, or brand fonts in fan creations.
3. Fan works may not be registered as trademarks in any country or region.
Fan Merchandise Guidelines
You may create and sell fan-made merchandise as long as the following rules are followed.
►Notes:
1. Whether for profit or not, please credit the original work and IP author when promoting fan merchandise.
If you are unsure who the author is, please refer to the IP Author List.
2. All related pages must clearly state that the item is "fan-made" merchandise.
3. If a single product exceeds 100 units in sales or production, please notify us by email.
4. Mass-produced figures, plushies, or clothing require prior email authorization from us at delucatofficial@gmail.com
5. Whether for profit or not, all physical fan creations must follow local laws and not harm the brand or affiliated partners.
►Free Distribution OK:
Free distribution of fan merchandise is allowed and does not require prior notice.
►Fan Merchandise You May Sell:
1. Printed goods, badges, keychains, wall scrolls, etc.
2. Handcrafted items.
3. Doujinshi (fan comics/books).
4. For other items, feel free to contact us via email: delucatofficial@gmail.com
►Not Allowed:
1. Do not use official logos, trademarks, or brand fonts on fan merchandise.
2. Do not directly use, trace, or modify official assets for fan merchandise, regardless of profit.
3. Do not reproduce, imitate, or sell items that are the same or similar to official merchandise or derivative works.
4. Do not use terms that imply official endorsement (e.g., “official,” “licensed”) in promotion or marketing.
5. Selling fan merchandise under a company name is not allowed unless formally authorized via email.

►Is cosplay authorized?
Yes! It’s absolutely welcome!
